Dr. Abicht is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon practicing for over a decade at Gundersen Health System (GHS) in La Crosse, WI. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and currently serves as department chair for the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Department at Gundersen Health System. Dr. Abicht is actively involved in medical education, medical leadership, as well as research with regular publications in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks. Additionally, he serves on the editorial board for multiple journals. Dr. Abicht is a leading surgeon innovator within the foot and ankle space, with particular interests in percutaneous and MIS techniques as well as emerging technologies that advance patient care. He regularly lectures nationally and internationally on related foot and ankle topics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and two sons.
16 foot & ankle MIS surgeons have been paired to face off head-to-head in a bracket style single elimination tournament over four rounds. Each speaker will have 5 minutes (strictly regulated) to present a foot & ankle MIS surgical case, with a different category assigned to each round. After each speaker of the paired matchup finishes, the audience will then have 30 seconds to cast their vote as to which surgeon advances to the next round. Losing Speakers are eliminated from the tournament (but may participate in the audience voting if desired). Winning Speakers advance to the next round.
Voters will vote on specific criteria.

Dr. Sugino is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in comprehensive reconstruction of the foot and ankle. She is board certified in foot and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
Dr. Sugino advanced her surgical and clinical training by completing an additional year of fellowship at the Newport Advanced Foot & Ankle Fellowship in Newport Beach, CA. Her training focused on reconstructive forefoot, hindfoot and ankle surgery, including complex Charcot reconstructions utilizing Ilizarov external fixators, limb deformity correction, lower extremity trauma, sports medicine, total ankle replacement, and plastics procedures including advanced muscle, adipofascial and skin flaps for limb salvage.
Prior to fellowship, Dr. Sugino completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, IL where she trained at the prestigious Weil Foot & Ankle Institute. Simultaneously, she completed a Dermatopathology Fellowship that specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of numerous skin and soft tissue disorders including skin cancer with Bako Pathology in Alpharetta, GA. She received her medical education from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Sugino grew up in Wailuku, HI and received her B.S. in Biology, Minor in Music, and M.S. in Molecular Biology Infectious Disease from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
Dr. Sugino has been very active in research throughout her training, and she has multiple awards for her work. She is a speaker at many conferences around the country, and she is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and the American Microsurgical Orthoplastic Society (AMOS).
Dr. Sugino is recognized as a devoted patient advocate who focuses on advancing patient care through research, education, and treating patients like family. She incorporates evidence-based medicine and the most advanced treatments and technologies specific to each patient. Her passion in research and remaining current on the latest studies has a large influence on how she guides individualized patient care.
Dr. Sugino enjoys training for marathons, soccer, hiking, camping, surfing, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Jason, and their rescue dog, Foxy.
Dr. Christopher Miller was raised in New Haven, Connecticut. An avid athlete his whole life, he attended the University of Pennsylvania for undergraduate education where he was a varsity letterman. He graduated with honors and pursued his medical school education at Yale University School of Medicine where he graduated with his MD and a Masters in Health Science. He was active in research throughout his medical school and published on biomechanics and clinic outcomes of fusion procedures.
After finishing his undergraduate medical education, he continued his Orthopaedic Surgery residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital. During this time he found that his true clinical interest lay in the care of complex foot and ankle conditions. He then worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship. Since finishing, the fellowship has expanded to include surgical training at Beth Israel and he now teaches fellows along side the mentors who taught him.
Following his fellowship training, he moved to Beth Israel and the New England Baptist Hospital where he is currently in practice. He is on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School and is active in clinical care, research and teaching. Dr. Miller has given lectures on advanced surgical techniques and often educates other surgeons to help advance their clinical care as well. He cares for all aspects of the foot and ankle and is actively involved in limb salvage and amputation prevention efforts for this patients.
One of the most exciting parts of Dr. Miller’s practice is bringing new skills to perform complex procedures via minimally invasive techniques. This can improve patient outcomes, and decrease post-operative pain and scarring. The majority of his practice now revolves around minimally invasive surgery and he is a local leader in the field.
Dr. Corine Creech is a board-certified podiatric surgeon at Inova. She specializes in surgical intervention of the foot and ankle, with a wide range of interests including correction of bunions and hammertoes, tendon disorder repair, complex deformity correction, limb salvage, trauma care, arthritis prevention and repair, and total ankle replacement.
Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Creech completed her podiatric medical education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency training at Temple University Hospital, a large, inner-city Level 1 Trauma Center, where she underwent extensive training in foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction.
Dr. Creech is a national and international lecturer on minimally invasive surgical solutions for bunions and hammertoes, Achilles damage and trauma, fractures, and arthritis. She has authored numerous textbook chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Creech is passionate about education and research. She is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the Journal of the American Podiatric Medicine Association. She serves on Inova Fairfax Medical Campus’s foot and ankle surgery residency training committee and as the program’s research director.
Having gone through several lower extremity surgeries herself, as well as competing as a Division I college athlete, Dr. Creech offers a unique and compassionate approach to patient care and recovery. She is passionate about patient care and communication.

Dr. Kelsey Millonig is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon and is elated to serve the people of her home state, Iowa. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes in foot and ankle surgery with innovative techniques, research, and leadership. Dr. Millonig offers expertise in minimally invasive surgery (bunions, hammertoes, flatfoot), limb deformity correction and lengthening(clubfoot, congenital defects, brachymetatarsia, or traumatic deformity), orthoplastic reconstruction (soft tissue injury), nerve injury, charcot neuroarthropathy, arthritis, total ankle replacement, and traumatic injuries. He went on to complete a rigorous, three-year surgical residency in foot and ankle medicine in Denver, Colorado, serving as Chief Resident at a Level I trauma center.

In 2019, Dr. Collier completed advanced surgical training through a Fellowship at Duke University Medical School, Durham, North Carolina, within the Division of Foot and Ankle in the Department of Orthopedics. While at Duke, he participated in research publications and presented at regional and national conferences on topics of Charcot Arthropathy and Total Ankle Replacement. Dr. Collier also received additional training in microsurgery and plastic surgery techniques for the foot and ankle.

Dr. Nikita Grama, D.P.M., earned her medical degree at Rosalind Franklin University, and completed her residency at Loyola University Medical Center. She then finished her fellowship in Foot & Ankle Surgery at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute/Hinsdale Orthopaedics.
Dr. Grama diagnose and treat foot and ankle injuries and pathology using a variety of both operative and non-operative options. She was born in Bangalore, India and raised in Appleton, WI.
John Z. Zhao, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon focused on foot and ankle surgery. His clinical interests are reconstructive surgery, fracture care, arthroscopic surgery, and total ankle replacement. He utilizes evidence-based medicine to optimize operative and nonoperative care for all foot and ankle pathologies. He is particularly interested in advancing minimally invasive techniques, using smaller incisions than traditional open techniques to accomplish the same surgical goals, potentially improve patient outcomes, decrease postoperative pain, and reduce scarring.
Zhao is also an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 2017. He remained in Boston for five years of orthopedic residency training at the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program, completed in 2022. Following his residency, Zhao completed a one-year subspecialty foot and ankle surgery fellowship in 2023 at Campbell Clinic Orthopedics in Memphis, Tennessee.

Dr. Wehrli treats patients at Coachella Valley Foot and Ankle Institute, located in Rancho Mirage, California.
After completing his Bachelor of Science in microbiology, with an emphasis in medical technology, from Idaho State University, Dr. Wehrli was accepted into medical school. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Iowa.
Dr. Wehrli then went through a highly competitive foot and ankle surgical residency at the nationally renowned Detroit Medical Center through Wayne State University in Michigan. Shortly after completing his educational requirements, Dr. Wehrli went on to become board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Before coming to Coachella Valley Foot and Ankle Institute, Dr. Wehrli worked at Desert Regional Medical Center’s Institute of Clinical Orthopedics and Neurosciences. He played major college baseball on a scholarship at Brigham Young University in Utah and at Idaho State University. Vytautas Ringus MD is originally from Chicago. He attended Cornell University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2004. He completed his internship and residency at West Virginia University in 2009 and completed a foot and ankle fellowship in Columbus Ohio at the Orthopaedic and Foot and Ankle Center of Westerville in 2010. Dr. Ringus joined OSC in 2010.

Dr. Kelly is an Assistant Professor of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Mount Sinai specializing in foot and ankle disorders for patients 16 years of age and older. Prior to medical school Dr. Kelly received her PhD in physiology and biophysics from Boston University School of Medicine researching cellular metabolism and the effects of exercise. She continued her work as a post-doctoral fellow at Boston University and then at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark. Dr. Sugino is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in comprehensive reconstruction of the foot and ankle. She is board certified in foot and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
Dr. Sugino advanced her surgical and clinical training by completing an additional year of fellowship at the Newport Advanced Foot & Ankle Fellowship in Newport Beach, CA. Her training focused on reconstructive forefoot, hindfoot and ankle surgery, including complex Charcot reconstructions utilizing Ilizarov external fixators, limb deformity correction, lower extremity trauma, sports medicine, total ankle replacement, and plastics procedures including advanced muscle, adipofascial and skin flaps for limb salvage.
Prior to fellowship, Dr. Sugino completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, IL where she trained at the prestigious Weil Foot & Ankle Institute. Simultaneously, she completed a Dermatopathology Fellowship that specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of numerous skin and soft tissue disorders including skin cancer with Bako Pathology in Alpharetta, GA. She received her medical education from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Sugino grew up in Wailuku, HI and received her B.S. in Biology, Minor in Music, and M.S. in Molecular Biology Infectious Disease from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
Dr. Sugino has been very active in research throughout her training, and she has multiple awards for her work. She is a speaker at many conferences around the country, and she is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and the American Microsurgical Orthoplastic Society (AMOS).
Dr. Sugino is recognized as a devoted patient advocate who focuses on advancing patient care through research, education, and treating patients like family. She incorporates evidence-based medicine and the most advanced treatments and technologies specific to each patient. Her passion in research and remaining current on the latest studies has a large influence on how she guides individualized patient care.
Dr. Sugino enjoys training for marathons, soccer, hiking, camping, surfing, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Jason, and their rescue dog, Foxy.

Since 2007, Nicholas Campitelli, DPM, FACFAS has set the pace for leading edge foot and ankle care in Akron, Fairlawn, and Streetsboro Ohio. Dr. Campitelli’s credentials put him in a select category of few physicians in the Akron area providing care of both the forefoot and rearfoot as well as the ankle. Dr. Campitelli, certified by the American Board of Foot and Surgery in forefoot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. He completed his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland Ohio in 2001 and a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency in 2004 at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA.
Dr. Campitelli is respected for his leadership in podiatric medicine. In 2015 Dr. Campitelli was elected Vice Chair of The Department of Orthopedics at UH Portage Medical Center where he also has served as Chief of Surgery in Podiatry at UH Portage Medical Center. Since 2009 has served as Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He also serves as an Attending Physician for the Alliance Community Hospital Podiatric Residency Program as well as the Mercy Health Foot & Ankle Residency. Dr. Campitelli is often called upon as a speaker on topics related to foot and ankle surgery where he has lectured throughout the United States for various events. Before becoming a podiatrist, Dr. Campitelli was a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer.
Dr. Campitelli has extensive experience in Sports Medicine and is a recognized authority on the subject of running and running related injuries. He has published literature in the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as been featured in Men’s Health, Competitor Magazine, Natural Born Runner, and many other periodicals and books on running. John E. Marshall IV, DPM is a highly trained podiatrist joining Precision Podiatry with locations in the Hutto and Round Rock neighborhoods of Austin, Texas.
Dr. Marshall aims to take a comprehensive approach to patient care and offers a vast array of non-operative and surgical options to fully address patients’ concerns and help get them back to an active lifestyle.
Dr. Marshall completed his undergraduate degree at the Ohio State University majoring in Economics with minor studies in Entrepreneurship. He worked in the Banking and Real Estate industries for several years before making the decision to pursue something more fulfilling and impactful. He always had a strong interest in medicine and returned to university studies in medicine at Cleveland State University before obtaining his podiatric medical degree at Rosalind Franklin University associated with Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Il. Following residency Dr. Marshall chose to further his training by completing Fellowship training at the Pennsylvania Intensive Lower Extremity Fellowship associated with Premier Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, one of the nation’s largest Orthopedics institutions.
Throughout his residency and fellowship Dr. Marshall was trained by industry leaders in foot and ankle surgery, orthopedic surgery, burn/trauma surgery, plastic surgery, and vascular surgery. He has received extensive training in advanced surgical techniques including total ankle replacement, complex reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, trauma, sports medicine, minimally invasive surgery, and comprehensive conservative treatment options.
This experience has equipped him to tailor treatments to each patient that walks through the door and provide them a unique solution that best fits their goals and needs.
Dr. Corine Creech is a board-certified podiatric surgeon at Inova. She specializes in surgical intervention of the foot and ankle, with a wide range of interests including correction of bunions and hammertoes, tendon disorder repair, complex deformity correction, limb salvage, trauma care, arthritis prevention and repair, and total ankle replacement.
Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Creech completed her podiatric medical education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency training at Temple University Hospital, a large, inner-city Level 1 Trauma Center, where she underwent extensive training in foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction.
Dr. Creech is a national and international lecturer on minimally invasive surgical solutions for bunions and hammertoes, Achilles damage and trauma, fractures, and arthritis. She has authored numerous textbook chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Creech is passionate about education and research. She is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the Journal of the American Podiatric Medicine Association. She serves on Inova Fairfax Medical Campus’s foot and ankle surgery residency training committee and as the program’s research director.
Having gone through several lower extremity surgeries herself, as well as competing as a Division I college athlete, Dr. Creech offers a unique and compassionate approach to patient care and recovery. She is passionate about patient care and communication.
Dr. Creech is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she also played varsity soccer for four years.
Known as an architect and pioneer of innovative approaches to foot and ankle care, Ben Wehrli, DPM, has built an international reputation for exceptional patient care and effective treatment solutions. Dr. Wehrli treats patients at Coachella Valley Foot and Ankle Institute, located in Rancho Mirage, California.
After completing his Bachelor of Science in microbiology, with an emphasis in medical technology, from Idaho State University, Dr. Wehrli was accepted into medical school. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Iowa.
Dr. Wehrli then went through a highly competitive foot and ankle surgical residency at the nationally renowned Detroit Medical Center through Wayne State University in Michigan. Shortly after completing his educational requirements, Dr. Wehrli went on to become board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Before coming to Coachella Valley Foot and Ankle Institute, Dr. Wehrli worked at Desert Regional Medical Center’s Institute of Clinical Orthopedics and Neurosciences. While there, Dr. Wehrli specialized in minimally invasive sports medicine procedures, including the revolutionary arthroscopic Brostrom-Gould procedure for ankle ligament ruptures and instability.
Throughout his career, Dr. Wehrli has held several prestigious positions focusing on new-and-improved approaches to foot and ankle treatment. He has even served as a consultant with major orthopedic companies such as Stryker, Trilliant Surgical, and S.E.G.-WAY™ Orthopedics.
Because of his athletic background, Dr. Wehrli has a passion for helping athletes get back to 100%. He played major college baseball on a scholarship at Brigham Young University in Utah and at Idaho State University. Before that, Dr. Wehrli lettered in wrestling, baseball, and football during a star high school career, where he earned the title of “U.S. Marine Corps Athlete of the Year.” Sports and athletic care continue to remain at the forefront of Dr. Wehrli’s expertise.
Mr Ray is double international fellowship trained in Sydney, Australia and Toronto, Canada. He won the prestigious BOFAS Gold fellowship award for his time in Sydney. He initially worked as Consultant foot and ankle surgeon at the world renowned St George’s Hospital major trauma centre. He has moved his NHS practice to Kings College Hospital Foundation trust do develop and modernise the elective foot and ankle service at the South sites.
Mr Ray has some of the most advanced training in minimally invasive surgery amongst UK surgeons and endevours to deliver high quality, safe, modern treatments to his patients.
Dr. Collier is a triple board-certified fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon. His mission is to provide superior comprehensive foot and ankle care. He is on staff at French Hospital, Arroyo Grande Hospital, Marian Medical Center, Plaza Surgery Center, Coastal Surgical Institute, Sierra Vista Hospital, Twin Cities Hospital, and serves the US veteran’s community at the VA Clinic in Santa Maria.
Raised in Connecticut, Dr. Collier earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with departmental honors, cum laude at Southern Connecticut State University. Dr. Collier earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) in Pomona, California. He graduated summa cum laude and first in his class.
Dr. Collier completed a three-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency and earned Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Certification at Mount Auburn, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, and Tufts Medical Center. His training involved exposure to all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, including total ankle replacement. He served as Chief Resident Surgeon for his final year of training, participated in research publications, served as peer-review editor for multiple journals and presented original research findings at the Annual Scientific Conference of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
In 2019, Dr. Collier completed advanced surgical training through a Fellowship at Duke University Medical School, Durham, North Carolina, within the Division of Foot and Ankle in the Department of Orthopedics. While at Duke, he participated in research publications and presented at regional and national conferences on topics of Charcot Arthropathy and Total Ankle Replacement. Dr. Collier also received additional training in microsurgery and plastic surgery techniques for the foot and ankle.
Dr. Collier takes great joy in serving his patients and community. He strictly adheres to the principles of focused and patient-centered care, knowing the best outcomes are only possible when both the patient and physician work as a team. Dr. Collier and his wife have a 2 year old girl and newborn boy. He enjoys spending time with his extended family in Los Olivos, swimming, and golfing in his free time.

Dr. Christopher Miller was raised in New Haven, Connecticut. An avid athlete his whole life, he attended the University of Pennsylvania for undergraduate education where he was a varsity letterman. He graduated with honors and pursued his medical school education at Yale University School of Medicine where he graduated with his MD and a Masters in Health Science. He was active in research throughout his medical school and published on biomechanics and clinic outcomes of fusion procedures.
After finishing his undergraduate medical education, he continued his Orthopaedic Surgery residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital. During this time he found that his true clinical interest lay in the care of complex foot and ankle conditions. He then worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship. Since finishing, the fellowship has expanded to include surgical training at Beth Israel and he now teaches fellows along side the mentors who taught him.
Following his fellowship training, he moved to Beth Israel and the New England Baptist Hospital where he is currently in practice. He is on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School and is active in clinical care, research and teaching. Dr. Miller has given lectures on advanced surgical techniques and often educates other surgeons to help advance their clinical care as well. He cares for all aspects of the foot and ankle and is actively involved in limb salvage and amputation prevention efforts for this patients.
One of the most exciting parts of Dr. Miller’s practice is bringing new skills to perform complex procedures via minimally invasive techniques. This can improve patient outcomes, and decrease post-operative pain and scarring. The majority of his practice now revolves around minimally invasive surgery and he is a local leader in the field.
John Z. Zhao, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon focused on foot and ankle surgery. His clinical interests are reconstructive surgery, fracture care, arthroscopic surgery, and total ankle replacement. He utilizes evidence-based medicine to optimize operative and nonoperative care for all foot and ankle pathologies. He is particularly interested in advancing minimally invasive techniques, using smaller incisions than traditional open techniques to accomplish the same surgical goals, potentially improve patient outcomes, decrease postoperative pain, and reduce scarring.
Zhao is also an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 2017. He remained in Boston for five years of orthopedic residency training at the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program, completed in 2022. Following his residency, Zhao completed a one-year subspecialty foot and ankle surgery fellowship in 2023 at Campbell Clinic Orthopedics in Memphis, Tennessee.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society.

Dr. David Sipala, MD is a Podiatric Surgery Specialist in Reading, MA and has over 10 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Nikita Grama, D.P.M., earned her medical degree at Rosalind Franklin University, and completed her residency at Loyola University Medical Center. She then finished her fellowship in Foot & Ankle Surgery at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute/Hinsdale Orthopaedics.
Dr. Grama diagnose and treat foot and ankle injuries and pathology using a variety of both operative and non-operative options. She was born in Bangalore, India and raised in Appleton, WI.
Dr. Kelly is an Assistant Professor of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Mount Sinai specializing in foot and ankle disorders for patients 16 years of age and older. Prior to medical school Dr. Kelly received her PhD in physiology and biophysics from Boston University School of Medicine researching cellular metabolism and the effects of exercise. She continued her work as a post-doctoral fellow at Boston University and then at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark. She then began her medical training at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry where she completed her medical degree with a special focus in medical education. She remained at the University of Rochester for residency where she completed the research track. She then completed a foot and ankle fellowship at the University of California at Davis/Reno Orthopaedic Clinic. Her unique background of both clinical and basic science research has resulted in a numerous publications in both the basic science and orthopaedic literature and has presented her work at both national and international meetings. In addition, she is also involved with the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society serving on the health policy and humanitarian committees and a member of the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.
Dr. Driver earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oklahoma before attending medical school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. He went on to complete a rigorous, three-year surgical residency in foot and ankle medicine in Denver, Colorado, serving as Chief Resident at a Level I trauma center.
Following residency, Dr. Driver spent a year in Roanoke, Virginia at one of the nation’s top fellowship programs in the field, where he completed a highly competitive fellowship in complex foot and ankle surgery.
Throughout his training, Dr. Driver became proficient in total ankle replacement, foot and ankle reconstruction, minimally invasive surgery, bunion correction, Charcot deformity, and foot and ankle trauma. He also learned advanced methods of ankle arthroscopy, lateral ankle stabilization, sports medicine and injuries, deformity correction, flatfoot reconstruction, tendon ruptures and repairs, and complex foot and ankle reconstruction. Additionally, he has advanced, specialized training in limb salvage procedures, including external fixation, Charcot reconstruction, muscle flaps, and skin grafting.
Dr. Driver remains dedicated to advancing his knowledge and skills by staying current with the latest surgical techniques, research, and literature. He stays active in the field by presenting at conferences, authoring papers, and mentoring residents and future physicians.
In his free time, Dr. Driver enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their yellow Labrador retriever. He loves the outdoors and is a loyal OU football fan—a proud nod to his hometown of Norman, OK.
Dr. Kelsey Millonig is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon and is elated to serve the people of her home state, Iowa. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes in foot and ankle surgery with innovative techniques, research, and leadership. Dr. Millonig offers expertise in minimally invasive surgery (bunions, hammertoes, flatfoot), limb deformity correction and lengthening(clubfoot, congenital defects, brachymetatarsia, or traumatic deformity), orthoplastic reconstruction (soft tissue injury), nerve injury, charcot neuroarthropathy, arthritis, total ankle replacement, and traumatic injuries. With her extensive athletic background she also enjoys treating athletes with sports injuries allowing them resume competitive activity.
Vytautas Ringus MD is originally from Chicago. He attended Cornell University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2004. He completed his internship and residency at West Virginia University in 2009 and completed a foot and ankle fellowship in Columbus Ohio at the Orthopaedic and Foot and Ankle Center of Westerville in 2010. Dr. Ringus joined OSC in 2010.
Dr. Ringus is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a member of American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS), Active Fellow Member American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Member of the AOSSM (American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine), Past President and current Presidential Advisory Committee of Orthopaedic Society of Oklahoma. Dr. Ringus was named Top Orthopedic Surgeon by 405 Magazine in 2021.
Dr. Ringus is a fellowship trained foot an ankle surgeon with specialty training in complex foot and ankle reconstruction including forefoot, midfoot, and hindfoot reconstruction, including total ankle replacement, cartilage grafting, resurfacing, external fixation, and lower extremity trauma. In addition, he has extensive experience in sports medicine, general orthopedics, reconstructing ligamentous injuries and performing ankle arthroscopy (anteriorly and posteriorly).
